Cleaver knife (8.5"L) for cutting through meat and salami, cheese knife (9.25"L) for cutting and picking up soft cheeses and meat, and spreader (6.5"L) for cheeses, tapenades and jams. Comes complete with knife roll. When flat/open case measures: 10.62"W x 13.38"H x 0.15"D. Case and utensils are hand wash.
