The Leatherman Raptor shears features the necessary tools for uniformed response professionals to safely and quickly go to work in an emergency situation. Developed with the input of special operations medics, EMTs and fire professionals. These scissors will cut through materials while the micro-serrations on the inner blade keep fabrics from slipping and binding. Great for tactical and emergency purposes. Features 4 tools: 420HC Stainless Steel Folding Shears, Ring Cutter, Ruler, Oxygen Tank Wrench. Laser engrave the back side of the scissor blade. Made in the USA of US & Foreign Components. (90 to 95% of materials from USA, 5 to10% from imported materials. None from China.). Made in the USA, not subject to tariffs.
