Walnut Finish Series Master plaque package with magnetic plates. Traditional 10 1/2" x 13" walnut finish border plaque with custom header plate, photo holder and 12 individual plates plus (12) 5" x 7" individual plaques with individual plates for release through entry of end-user code on back of plaque into easyperpetual release website. Individual plates include permanent adhesive backing. We will ship plaques with engraved header plate and any engraved plates ordered on initial order in about 10 working days. Any plaque(s) shipped will be packaged individually in a 2-Piece Presentation Box. At the end of each period, order subsequent plates by going to Easy Perpetual website. Plates ordered will arrive by mail in a few days. Made in the USA.
